Madan Chhetri (Mike) (born on September 26, 1953) is an entrepreneur and business personality. He is the founder, CEO, and Broker of Record at Everest Realty Ltd., Brokerage; Founder & CEO of Hakka Khazana Restaurant; Head of Everest Aastha Group– A land and Developments Projects by Nepalese Origin in Ontario. With over 20 years of experience in Real Estate & Restaurant business, Chhetri is among the top business figures in Nepalese Canadian diaspora.
Chhetri was born in Nepal to a parent with farming background. He attended Tribhuvan University in Pokhara and soon became a renowned personality in Poultry Business before moving to Canada in 1996 to further explore better business opportunities. In his early days in Canada, Chhetri owned a variety store and gradually switched to the property management business which then led him to become a real estate professional and businessmen.
Through his business ventures, Chhetri now provides employment to over 100 Professionals Full Time and Part Time in local communities across Ontario. Chhetri believes in giving back to the community, thus, urges other business personalities to do more for their local communities. He is affiliated with various community organizations not just in Greater Toronto Area but across the globe.
Chhetri is also known for encouraging people to invest in real estate. He firmly believes, “Real estate is rewarding in every walk of life. If you look around or go through history, there is no better investment other than real estate on this planet.”
Apart from his business duties, Chhetri spends most of his time educating people about real estate, encouraging youths to invest now for better future and connecting with local communities through various charities and community works. Madan Chhetri is among the first Nepali Real Estate Agents in Canada and is widely looked upon as a role model in Real Estate sector among youths and adults across Canada.
