Paul is the original founder of Gaming in Ontario, Canada. He started the largest gaming initiative in Canada with two other individuals and has remained the prominent leader in the industry for over 20 years. He has operated over 25 gaming facilities across North America (Canada, United States and Mexico). His credentials include:
• Former CFO of Ontario Casino Corp/OLG
• Former Executive Vice President of Racetrack Slots
Development and Operations of the OLG (Divisional Gross Revenue $1.6B and 4,000 team members – over $1B annual cashflow to the province which was larger than the LCBO contribution at that time)
• Former CFO and Executive VP of Development at the Ontario Casino Corporation ($3B in Gross Revenue and over $2B in development)
• Former Executive EVP of Gaming Operations at Magna Entertainment Corporation heading up Frank Stronach’s gaming company for over 5 years
• Developed Canada’s first full casino in Windsor, ON on schedule, with a $505M budget
• Paul is the founder and oversees and Rama Gaming House Mississauga and Toronto East as President/CEO
